Keeping in view the economic condition of every section of the society, a lot of enthusiasm was seen among the general public regarding the Wednesday Auction Festival started by the Housing Board. E-auction of 155 residential properties A total of 155 residential properties were disposed of in the Wednesday Auction Festival organized by the Rajasthan Housing Board on 26 June 2024. Under which 54 residential properties are included in Jaipur Circle I, 4 in Jaipur Circle II, 71 in Jodhpur Circle I, 4 in Jodhpur Circle II, 5 in Kota Circle, 10 in Udaipur Circle and 7 in Alwar Circle. The Board will have an income of Rs 35.01 crore The Housing Board will have a total income of Rs 35.01 crore from the disposal of a total of 155 residential properties under e-auction in the Wednesday Auction Festival. Under this, the Housing Board will get income of 18.96 crores from Jaipur Circle I, 54.90 lakhs from Jaipur Circle II, 9.31 crores from Jodhpur Circle I, 42.94 lakhs from Jodhpur Circle II, 56.90 lakhs from Kota Circle, 1.86 crores from Udaipur Circle and 3.31 crores from Alwar Circle.

Commissioner Housing Commissioner Indrajit Singh said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, the Housing Board is ready to fulfill its resolution of giving each person their own house in the state. A glimpse of which was also seen in the auction festival on Wednesday. He said that in the coming times also, through similar schemes by the Housing Board, the Housing Board will provide the opportunity to the common people to fulfill their dream of owning a house in maximum numbers.
