Review meeting of Social Security Pension Scheme under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Sudhansh Pant

Jaipur, A review meeting was held at the Government Secretariat on Monday under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Sudhansh Pant regarding the program of direct transfer of increased amount to the accounts of beneficiaries under the Social Security Pension Scheme to be held on June 27 at Jhunjhunu District Headquarters.
Chief Secretary Sudhansh Pant told in the meeting that this program will be organized in all the districts, in which the increased amount under the Social Security Pension Scheme will be transferred directly to the accounts of the beneficiaries simultaneously. During this program, an amount of more than Rs 1037 crore will be transferred to the accounts of more than 88 lakh beneficiaries by Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma.
The Chief Secretary directed that categories like women, elderly, rural and urban pensioners should be created for communication with the Chief Minister in the program. Along with installing LED screens at the venue, webcasting should be arranged through social media.
Sudhansh Pant directed the Jhunjhunu Collector that all preparations should be completed for the successful organization of the program, adequate arrangements should be made for seating arrangements for the people along with drinking water.
The Chief Secretary directed all the District Collectors and the officers of the Cooperative Departments to coordinate with the Nodal Officers of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana and this program should also be organized on a large scale. In this program, about Rs 650 crore will be transferred to the accounts of about 65 lakh farmers through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).
