Meeting held regarding reorganization of new districts— The objective of reorganization of districts should not be political but should be based on public interest - Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Prem Chand directed the high level expert committee constituted for reorganization of new districts to submit the report within 15 days

Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Premchand Bairwa directed that the high level expert committee constituted for the reorganization of new districts should submit its report on all practical points related to the formation of new districts within 15 days. He clarified that the main objective of the formation of new districts should not be politically motivated but should be based on public interest.

Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Premchand Bairwa was presiding over a meeting held with the Revenue Department at the Government Secretariat on Monday regarding the reorganization of new districts. He instructed the officials of the Revenue Department that the process of reorganization of new districts should be done keeping in mind the convenience of the general public, on the basis of monitoring of availability of basic facilities, geographical location, population etc.

On this occasion, Public Health Engineering Minister Kanhaiyalal Choudhary, Revenue Minister Hemant Meena, Principal Secretary of Revenue Department Dinesh and departmental officials were present.
