Innocent child dies in road accident: Bike hit him while crossing the road with his mother

Barmer, July 3: A tragic accident took place in Sedwa police station area on Tuesday. 5-year-old innocent Mavji was hit by a bike while crossing the road, which led to his death. Mavji was going to his maternal home with his mother.

Details of the incident:

Mavji (5) was going to his maternal home from Bavdi Kala with his mother on Tuesday at around 3 pm. He was crossing the road with his mother after getting down from the taxi on Kundanpura Road, about 1 km from Sedwa. During this, a bike hit the innocent.

After the accident:

After the accident, the people nearby immediately took Mavji to Sedwa Hospital. But, due to his critical condition, the doctors declared him dead. On receiving the information, Sedwa police reached the spot and inspected the spot.

Police action:

ASI Amararam of Sedwa police station said that the deceased Mavji had come to his maternal home with his mother. While getting down from the taxi and crossing the road, the bike hit him. The police have taken the bike rider into custody and registered a case. The body of the deceased has been handed over to the family after conducting a post-mortem.
