ICC Men's ODI World Cup schedule announced
The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the final schedule for the 2023 ICC Men's Cricket World Cup, to be held in India from October 5 to November 19.The tournament will be played in 10 venues across India, with the final taking place at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.The opening match of the tournament will see England take on New Zealand on October 5 at the same venue. India will begin their campaign against Australia on October 8 in Chennai.The much-anticipated India-Pakistan clash will take place on October 15 at the Narendra Modi Stadium. The two teams have not met in a World Cup match since 2019.The other teams participating in the tournament are Australia, Bangladesh, England, South Africa, Sri Lanka, West Indies, and Afghanistan.The 2023 ICC Men's Cricket World Cup is expected to be a major sporting event, and is sure to attract a large number of spectators from around the world.
