CBSE Class 10 Supplementary Results 2023: Pass Percentage at 47.40%
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the Class 10 supplementary exam results. A total of 1,31,385 candidates registered for the exam, out of which 1,27,622 appeared. Out of the total appeared, 60,551 students cleared the exam, with a pass percentage of 47.40%.
The exams were conducted from July 17 to 22 from 10:30 am. A total of 80,715 were boys and 46,907 were girls who appeared for the exam. Out of the total appeared, 37,149 were boys and 23,402 were girls who cleared the exam.
A total of 25,886 students registered for improvement out of 21,557 appeared. Out of the total students who appeared for improvement, 14,318 were boys and 7,239 were girls.
The results have been released on the official websites of CBSE, cbse.gov.in and results.cbse.nic.in. Students can check their results by entering their roll number and date of birth.
The board has also released the pass percentage for each subject. The highest pass percentage was in Hindi, with 62.40%, followed by Mathematics, with 58.60%. The lowest pass percentage was in Sanskrit, with 29.20%.
The board has also released the list of schools with the highest pass percentage. The top three schools are:
Kendriya Vidyalaya, R K Puram, New Delhi (90.20%)
Kendriya Vidyalaya, Noida (88.80%)
Kendriya Vidyalaya, Faridabad (87.80%)
The board has congratulated all the students who have passed the supplementary exam. It has also advised the students who have failed to not give up and to try again next time
