Big relief to the beneficiaries of Social Security Pension Scheme in Rajasthan: Transfer of Rs 1037 crore

Jaipur, 27 June 2024 – In Rajasthan, the incremental amount was transferred to the beneficiaries under the Social Security Pension Scheme. In this ceremony organized at Rajasthan International Center, Jaipur, the Minister in-charge of the state, Jogaram Patel, joined the beneficiaries through virtual medium.

As per the promise made to the public by the BJP government of the state, a total amount of more than Rs 1037 crore was transferred to more than 88 lakh beneficiaries of the state under this scheme. The objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to the poor, elderly, widows, and disabled citizens of the state.

Minister Jogaram Patel said in his address, "It has been the priority of our government to provide economic security to the most vulnerable sections of the society. The transfer of this amount under the Social Security Pension Scheme will bring a significant improvement in the lives of lakhs of families who are facing financial constraints."

On this occasion, the beneficiaries appreciated this move of the government and expressed their happiness. He said that this financial assistance will help them a lot in their livelihood and they will be able to meet their basic needs.

Government officials and employees also played an important role in the successful organization of this program, who contributed in providing the benefits of this scheme to the beneficiaries.

In this ceremony, Minister Jogaram Patel interacted with the beneficiaries through virtual medium and listened to their problems. He assured that the state government will continue to serve the public through such schemes in future and will solve their problems.
